When the local gym closed during COVID, Lewis saw an opportunity to create something different - a space built for people who don’t love traditional gyms.


Now, The Lift Lab helps people in and around Tarbolton regain their fitness, strength, and confidence - no matter where they’re starting from.

How much does it cost?

We’re not the cheapest option - and that’s intentional. Our clients invest between £140 and £180 per month to get the expert support, structure, and results they’ve been missing. Let’s have a quick chat to find what works for you.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Most people who join haven’t trained in years. You’ll be guided from the ground up.

What time are training sessions?

We’ve got flexible training slots and simple ways to reschedule. Life happens - we get it.

What equipment do I need?

Just comfortable clothes and a water bottle. We provide everything else.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions last around 45 minutes. Enough time to get results without taking over your day.

Do you cater to beginners or advanced clients?

Our programmes are designed with beginners in mind. If you’ve not trained in a while, this is the perfect place to start.
